Why do people believe the neocons are against the global warming?

Why do they believe the Rush Limbaugh’s lies that only Al Gore and "liberals" are behind it when Bush & Co are pushing for this too? The neocons are purposely saying this so you’ll discount the legitimate arguments against this global warming economic price/tax scheme!
