BioPro 190 | Home Biodiesel Equipment (Part 4)
The little brother to the BioPro 380 is BioPro 190 It was invented by HERE energy which is a company out of Chico, California that produces them. It is the original unit they produced. They then moved up to a 380, which can make 100 gallons, as they also have a small one that can make 40 gallons. This device makes it possible to make 50 liters of fuel every 48 hours. It works just like the larger unit, only it’s smaller so it would fit perfectly in a garage. It handily say biodiesel on it anywhere, so it does not give you away as to what you do in your garage. It says only BioPro 190 It makes great biodiesel. In fact, the fuel made in this machine as well, when done correctly, you can actually pass what is called the ASTM standards for biodiesel, which allows you to seek to sell the fuel. We have tested it several times, we know that it is good. What we must do now is we’ve actually made a batch of this machine, and if our camera will pan down near the bottom here, we note that we are finished fuel. We have drained the glycerin from this machine, and so we now have 50 gallons of washed, dried, reactive, ready to use the fuel to put on our cars. And then how we will work is that I have a handy hose that attaches to the bottom of this device, and when we are going to attach a hose up above, and this snake happens to attach to not only fuel filler pump, but a GPI fuel filler pump, the best in the industry. It pumps large amounts of fuel, very fast. So I connect this up, and just like to have a gas station in my house, I open my valve on the bottom, take off my fuel filler pump, I turn it on, and I go over to a barrel, and I’ve got fuel . Beautiful, golden fuel, ready to use in my car for under a dollar per gallon. The fuel filler pump chug like a banshee? Take a look at how beautiful golden color that is. We are going to fill this barrel and another barrel full. This can actually be put directly into a vehicle. The fuel that comes out of these BioPro has been so incredibly clear that I should take this glass jar, and put a little bit of that in there, and you will be amazed at how clear it is. In fact, it is cleaner than most diesel. I’ll put this in here and keep it going. As I light the fire I have beautiful, crystal-clear fuel that I can put in diesel engines. One of the advantages of using this is, I have done this fuel for 96 cents per gallon, and then I’ll turn around and claim tax credits because I use waste vegetable oil to make it. I make ‘fuel for 46 cents per gallon, it’s pretty darn cool to me. We have now filled up the barrel under it, so we decided to fill it up over it. Nothing “as free fuel huh? Again, to do this, we have gone out and collected the oil, we have come back, we have filtered it, we put it in the machine, we have added some chemicals, we let go, we came back and packed with glycerin. So we washed it. So we let it dry, and we have pure gold baby. Biodiesel, truck, fuel, everything you need to get down road.
One of the benefits of the BioPro 190, 380 and 150 is that the automatic wash. In fact, is to press all I have to do to wash a batch wash button. It starts a batch, spraying water, and it only takes care of it. The dry too. However, we have no oil here so I can actually manually override everything so that I can do things any way I want. And so we turn on the water so that we can show you how much water actually goes “in is.
So we have now just finished emptying the fuel, you can hear the kind of screaming here. We now have 50 gallons of biodiesel in the barrel over here, so we are now finished. So we now have the entire process. So we have now shown you from start to finish how to make fuel, we bring it in, we filter it, we have not had to titrate in this setting if you have noticed, and that is because these machines are using sulfuric acid, so long as we know they titrate under 16, which is about 5% free fatty acids, these machines handle it. They do not really care about high free fatty acid oil. The oil needs to be quite dry, just like we talked about earlier, but if it is dry, oil, and it is less than 5% free fatty acids, we just throw it in here. We always have the same amount of chemicals each time, we push buttons and we let them go. The price of these machines are a little high, but you get an industrial grade machine for BioPro 190 it is about 8395 plus shipping. It is $ 8395.
